About the wines

These wines are produced from carefully selected vineyard parcels, with extended maturation and gentle vacuum distillation to retain their natural aromatics. A specialised aroma recovery process ensures depth and complexity are preserved, resulting in alcohol-free wines that remain expressive, balanced, and refined.

Sparkling Select 2023
A refined, extra brut sparkling wine with fine, lively bubbles. Notes of yellow fruit, citrus, and subtle tropical tones are balanced by fresh acidity and a clean mineral finish.

Grüner Veltliner 2023
Fresh and expressive, with green apple, pear, and apricot layered with delicate floral notes. Crisp, mineral, and beautifully balanced, with a vibrant, food-friendly finish.

Zweigelt 2021
