We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.

Temperature Protection Notice: To protect the quality and integrity of our wines, we may temporarily delay dispatch during periods of extreme weather where temperatures within third-party courier networks are likely to exceed levels suitable for wine transportation. As these transit conditions are beyond our direct control, orders may be held until temperatures return to an acceptable range. 

Product Availability & Substitutions

Whilst every effort is made to supply the products ordered, from time to time a particular bottle size may become unavailable due to stock shortages or supplier availability.

Where this occurs, we reserve the right to substitute the unavailable item with an equivalent quantity of the same product in an alternative bottle size. For example, if a 750ml bottle is unavailable, we may supply two 375ml bottles of the same product instead, ensuring you receive the same total volume at no additional cost.

Any substitution will only be made with the same product (where possible) and will be of equal or greater value. If a suitable substitution is not available, we will contact you to discuss the available options, which may include a refund for the affected item.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that such substitutions may be made where reasonably necessary to fulfil your order. Any substitution will be limited to the same product in an equivalent or greater total volume and will not result in any additional charge to you.
