This distinctive rosé was vinified using gentle whole-cluster pressing and classically aged in stainless steel tanks. To preserve its full aromatic potential, the alcohol was removed with particular care. Thanks to a multi-day aroma recovery process from the extracted alcohol, the elegant and authentic nuances are fully retained. The Zeronimo Rosé reflects the enduring popularity of rosé and the lifestyle of Central Burgenland – without limits.

Wine description:

A rich rosé with elegant legs fills the glass. On the nose, an inviting aroma of strawberry frappé unfolds, subtly nuanced with fresh mint and a hint of orange zest. The delicate balance of floral notes and a cool minerality lends the wine its remarkable depth. On the palate, a remarkably elegant, crystal-clear body is revealed: intense notes of ripe stone fruit mingle with rhubarb, and a subtle, invigorating citrus freshness lingers on the finish, guaranteeing irresistible drinkability.
