Rock Oyster VIP Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This prize draw ("Promotion") is organised and promoted by Zeronimo UK ("the Promoter").

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 00:01 BST on 1 July 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 12 July 2026.
Only qualifying orders completed during this period will be eligible.
Orders placed before or after these times will not be entered.
3. Eligibility
- Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of Zeronimo UK, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and eligibility before awarding the prize.
4. How to Enter
Purchase at least one qualifying 750ml bottle of Zeronimo alcohol-free wine from zeronimo.co.uk during the Promotion Period.
Only purchases made directly through zeronimo.co.uk during the Promotion Period qualify. Purchases made through third-party retailers, marketplaces or stockists are not eligible.
Each qualifying order receives one (1) automatic entry, regardless of the number of qualifying 750ml bottles purchased within that order.
The Shopify order number will become the official competition entry number.
Orders containing only 375ml bottles, 250ml cans or other non-qualifying products are not eligible unless they also include at least one qualifying 750ml bottle.
Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or incomplete orders will not qualify.
5. Prize
One winner will receive:
- Two (2) Rock Oyster Festival 2026 Weekend Camping Passes
- VIP Lounge Access for two people
Approximate total prize value: £518.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
Travel, accommodation (other than the camping passes included), food, drinks, insurance and personal expenses are not included unless expressly stated.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 13 July 2026.
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided with their qualifying order within 48 hours of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries.
Any attempt to manipulate the Promotion, submit fraudulent orders or breach these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate disqualification.
The Promoter's decision regarding eligibility and the administration of the Promotion shall be final.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to the above, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical failures, website interruptions, incomplete orders or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement or alteration of the Rock Oyster Festival by the event organiser.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for administering the prize draw and awarding the prize, in accordance with the Zeronimo UK Privacy Policy.
Where required by law, the winner's surname and county may be made available. If the winner objects to this, they should notify the Promoter promptly after being contacted.
10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or to ensure the fair administration of the Promotion.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
