This first alcohol-free white wine from the ZERONIMO family was made from 100% Grüner Veltliner grapes. The vineyards are over 40 years old and originate from the Wagram region. This dry white wine was aged in stainless steel tanks using traditional methods, and the alcohol was then gently extracted. For even more refined and authentic wine aromas, an aroma recovery process was also used, in which the aromas are extracted from the alcohol content and returned to the dealcoholised wine over several days. Zeronimo Grüner Veltliner is the expression of elegance and authenticity, bringing the Grüner Veltliner aromas to life on the palate – without any limits.
